We will be using the following delivery companies : Hermes, Royal Mail & Parcel Force.
We aim to dispatch within 2-3 days of receiving your order. Typically you will receive your item within 3-5 working days from dispatch.

Local Delivery - FREE over £40 to Postcodes OX7 and OX15
Standard delivery:-
Small Packages - £4.95
Medium Packages - £9.95
Large packages - £15.00

If your order has not arrived in the anticipated timeframe then please contact us at beehivehome.co.uk so we can make the necessary enquiries.
Consumers Rights Act, Delivery
The Consumer Rights Act of 1 October 2015 states that the retailer is responsible for the condition of the goods until they are received by you, or by someone you have nominated to receive them on your behalf such as a neighbour.
There is a default delivery period of 30 days during which the retailer needs to deliver the goods to you unless a longer period has been agreed.
Order Confirmations
An automated email will be sent to you when the order has been placed and if any items are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will contact you within 24 hours to advise when these can be dispatched and if you would like a partial delivery or all items together. If you are unhappy with any of the lead times we will cancel any of the items you have selected and refund this in full.
Delivery Dates
Delivery dates given by Beehive home are non-binding estimates only, based upon the best available information concerning manufacturers lead times and transportation schedules. Should delivery times be delayed we will contact you to let you know but we do not accept liability of any consequential loss.
