Hand thrown stoneware with hand drawn navy oxide stripes and a glossy clear glaze.
Beautiful handmade mug.
Hand thrown using a white fine grogged clay. Once dried, the first firing takes place. After the bowl is cool, an oxide stripe and a glossy glaze is applied. The cup is then fired to a final temperature of 1220 degrees over a 48 hour period. The whole process takes just over 2 weeks start to finish.
